New Work Out Plan

Already Feb 8th.. holy mother.

It's been a month and a half since i told myself i'd get back into shape.. and haven't really started yet. Actually i did start playing soccer with church ppl if that counts. But i do have a new plan.

My original plan was to work out after work on my way home. But then i always get tired and lazy and just don't go. I would rather be home chillen'.. so the new plan is.. drum roll please.

GO IN THE MORNING! HAHAHA.



Here's the new regime.

1. Wake up at 7am
2. Arrive at 24 Fitness at 7:30am
3. Do some light weights
4. Swim and Sauna
5. Shower, change 8:45am
6. Arrive at work at 9am

Sounds good.. i feel better when i wake up earlier. The more i sleep the more tired i am the rest of the day.

In other news..

This past weekend, been playing hold'em at Saints pad and taking everyone's moolah. Why am i so good? Poker killah over here.

Can't remember what else i did.. not very interesting.
Oh wait.. Fri i played soccer.. and Sunday i played Soccer..

Monday i was in LA with co-workers getting drunk.
Tuesday i got some rest..

and tada! it's today. So life goes on.
