Goo Hara is so cute!

Copy/Paste from Wiki.  I can't comment on accuracy.  She's a member of the Kpop group Kara.

  • Date of birth: January 13, 1991 (1991-01-13) (age 19)
Goo Hara was born and raised in Gwangju (광주; 光州). She was an online shopping mall model before debuting, having been scouted after her photos were uploaded onto DSP's homepage. In late 2008, she appeared along with the other Kara members (excluding Seungyeon) in an episode of MBC sitcom That Person is Coming, having the most prominent role as a female gang leader.

In October 2009, she became a cast member in KBS 2TV reality show "청춘불패" ("Invincible Youth"). She also joined MBC's Hunters, along with SS501's Kim Hyun Joong, Jung Yong Hwa, Lee Hwi Jae, Shin Jung Hwan and two professional hunters to catch overpopulated wild boars that have become a dangerous threat to people and crops. The first episode aired on December 6, 2009.[49] However, due to complaints about animal rights after the first episode, the show's format was quickly changed to concern about global climate change, and the show was renamed Eco House; Goo Hara does not appear in the new show.

Movie Review: The Men Who Stare at Goats

There is time well spent.. and no so well spent.  This movie sucked.  Stay away.  I thought it would be decent with Clooney in it.. but it was a major disappointment.  The story is just lackluster in content and you never get engaged with the characters to feel any emotions.  Was this a comedy or drama?  I can't say.  There was some interesting humor involved, but it was dull.  I chuckled a few times but that's about it.

Overall Rating: 2/10

Lucky and Unlucky

I was talking to a co-worker yesterday about how there are some really lucky people in this world.  He told me about a study that a newspaper reporter conducted to test a theory on luck.

He put out an ad on the paper, and recruited 600 people for the study.  He asked each one of them if they thought they were lucky or unlucky.  Then separated the group into a test and control group.  Everyone in the study were given a complete newspaper - and asked to count all the pictures they could find.
